It’s been a few months of putting this knife to use, and man it does not disappoint. Togashi’s expert craftsmanship on white #1 steel is a treat to sharpen on the stones, and the sharpener of the wide bevel executed an excellent job, ensuring ease of thinning in the future. The blade height is generous and is 1 or 2 mm taller than most Sakai knives. Very happy with this purchase and will do business without a doubt when Hokuto keeps offering goodies like this:blush:
