Overall, very nice finishing work, and usability in kitchen.

Very nice finishing work, and usability in kitchen. Ordering, communication (email), and delivery were excellent.

I did experience some very small edge chipping on first use (leafy/softer vegetables on end-grain cutting board). One ingredient may have had some sandy grit that didn't wash out, so this may have been my fault! I just re-sharpened (starting with a 1000 grit stone), and haven't had any issues.

The choil is smooth and polished. My personal preference would be one that is more round (vs tapered).
